Why dose this have such a good score?

I'm not saying it sucked or anything, it was fine for what it is.
But it wasn't much. I had to read all the reviews to understand what it was supposed to mean. It make sense now, but it was kind of vague.

Also, I know I'm the only person in the world who cares about this sort of thing. but there were a lot of common visual flash flaws.

1: You should really take the time to have the fore arm move in a realistic way, and really be connected to the arm itself. Instead of just using a tween, and switching it from a layer behind to a layer in front.

2: It makes me really disappointed every time I see someone use a transparence layer, over another transparence layer. It just ruins everything, and can make a really great animation total spoiled and reveal the lack attention to details. And you can fix it easily too, if you think it through.

But as I said before, no one's gonna care but me.
I do Flash freelance and get payed
My like revolves around animation, it's all I live for.
Actually I'm singe now, partly due to that. (sigh)

But besides that. you've a much better job then most people!!

This was made (concept, drawings, and animation) in eight, maybe ten hours. I was working on a tight deadline... I wasn't about to animate the forearm going all the way around when I can get the point across much simpler.

And "lack of attention to details?" Now you're just lookin' for excuses to put me down.

I think the real question here is why are you jealous of my work? I checked out your profile, and I call bullshit on anyone but your little brother paying you for flash.

Being suicidal myself I saw the main character in this movie as a weakling.
yeah, he has problems, but he thinks that having problems makes him a more important person, which it does not.
he's not killing himself with the thought: "I need to be freed from this pain I can't endure any longer."
But instead... "My life is so awful, poor me, I'm a regular
Jesus Christ." He said "But I don't blame you..." very simular too "Father for give them, they know not what they do." I know people like this.
So basically this is how people who pity themselves imagine sucide, so I guess this is a good movie for them.

Try watching Manuel Fallmann's movies that's closer to how we feel.

When I was making this my aim wasn't to create a suisidal character that was allot like a teenager, "hey string me up scotty I can't get a boyfriend" I wanted something different in an american beauty style. I feel you didn't look deep enough into the short itself.

The begining part withthe creator was kind of funny, but there is no reason to think that he's anything like that. he tags "doom" on things to be funny, it's funny! HE'S DOESN"T TAKE IT SERIOUSLY!! It would have been better if you could draw worth shit.
